Visas

Every country has its own visa rules. We work out what the embassy or visa centre asks for in your case, help you gather and prepare the supporting documents, and keep the application on track. The embassy makes the decision.

Who it is for

  • Holiday and family travel
  • Business travel
  • Study abroad
  • Anyone unsure which visa type they need

Documents usually needed

  • A valid passport (most countries require validity beyond your travel dates)
  • Proof of travel plans and accommodation
  • Proof of funds such as bank statements
  • Supporting letters (employer, school or invitation) where required
  • Unabridged birth or marriage certificates for some countries and visa types

Each embassy publishes its own list. We work from the current list for your destination.

How it works

  1. 1Tell us where you are going, when, and why.
  2. 2We confirm the visa type and the embassy's document list.
  3. 3We help you prepare and check the documents.
  4. 4You attend the visa centre or embassy appointment if one is required.
  5. 5We keep you updated until the embassy decides.

No agency can guarantee a visa. The embassy decides every application.

If your passport is close to expiry, renew it before applying for a visa. We can do both.

Common questions

Do you help with visas for any country?

Yes. We work from the current requirements of the embassy or visa centre for your destination, help you prepare the supporting documents and keep the application on track.

Can you guarantee my application will be approved?

No. Home Affairs and foreign embassies decide every application. We make sure your application is complete and correct before it is submitted, which removes the most common reasons for delays and rejections.

What is an unabridged birth certificate?

An unabridged birth certificate is the full version of the record, including both parents' details. It is commonly required for a child's passport, many visas, emigration and foreign citizenship applications.
