Four steps from your first message to collecting your document. Home Affairs sets the pace; we handle the preparation and keep you informed.

    Apply online or on WhatsApp

    Fill in the Adult / Seniors or Minor / Student form on this site, or send us a WhatsApp message. Attach a photo of your ID if you have one.

    We check your documents

    We go through every document before anything is submitted and tell you exactly what is missing, so your application is not turned away.

    We book your appointment

    For Smart ID cards and passports we book your biometrics appointment at a Home Affairs bank branch. For visas and certificates we prepare the submission.

    You attend, we follow up

    You attend once for your photo and fingerprints. One person owns your file and updates you at least every 3 working days until your document is ready.

What only you can do

Attend your appointment in person so your photo and fingerprints can be captured, and bring your original documents with you. For a child's passport, the child and parents attend as Home Affairs requires.
